Abraham Gutman, President and CEO

Abraham Gutman has had a long career in global technology management. Prior to founding AG Mednet in 2005, he founded and served as president and CEO of Emperative, Inc., a telecommunications software startup. Emperative, the creator of a proven carrier-class provisioning engine, was a venture-backed enterprise with more than $35 million in capital from lead investors including Greylock and Pequot Ventures. Gutman later sold the company to AT&T.

Prior to founding Emperative, Mr. Gutman led the team designing customer care, provisioning and trouble ticketing systems for the nascent broadband operations of Continental Cablevision, then one of the top three cable operators in the U.S. Earlier, he was CIO of The Liberman Group, an international conglomerate focused on the telecommunications and agriculture industries. There, he was responsible for the management of the conglomerate’s global information and strategic technologies and systems in nine countries in the Americas, Europe and Asia.

Mr. Gutman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Cornell University and a Masters in Computer Science degree from Yale University.

Michael Goldner, Chief Technology Officer

Mike Goldner has had a career in applications development and professional services targeting enterprise technology solutions. Prior to joining AG Mednet in 2005, he was the Director of Professional Services at Emperative, Inc. where he successfully delivered deployment services for Emperative’s “ProvEn” carrier-class provisioning engine to US and European telecommunications providers. Prior to Emperative, Mr. Goldner was a member of the management team at AllPoints Systems, Inc., a provider of supply chain logistics solutions. Initially a software developer, he held a variety of responsibilities managing software development and worldwide deployments and ultimately the Vice President of Marketing. Mr. Goldner has an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Boston College.

Brian Kelly, Vice President, Business Development

Brian A. Kelly joined AG Mednet in 2010 after spending the last 8 years working in the field of imaging clinical trials. Mr. Kelly was most recently the VP of Marketing and Sales for SYNARC, the world’s largest imaging core laboratory. Prior to that, he served in the same role at Optasia Medical, Inc., a medical device software company producing image analysis tools for clinical trials. He also has experience as a project manager supporting global, clinical imaging trials in core laboratory settings. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kelly held roles in outsourcing and technical project management for Genuity, a tier one internet backbone provider, and as a warranted Contracting Officer for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center. Mr. Kelly has an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island.
